The wild bird sanctuary and reserve at Dawlish Warren is nearby as is rugged Dartmoor a haven for wildlife wild ponies and more strenuous walks. The cathedral city of Exeter is a short easy drive and offers a range of popular shops and boutiques restaurants theatre cinemas and other leisure facilities. Close by there are many other attractions to suit all tastes numerous National Trust properties and gardens. In the evenings you can relax in the lovely gardens enjoy a glass of wine on the patio or visit one of many local family pubs serving good local food. Amenities: ample parking. Offering TWO bedrooms: one king-size with romantic four-poster and a twin bedroom. Bathroom: with walk-in shower bath and WC. Lounge: large and cosy with TV DVD SkyTV hi-fi and woodburner (first basket of logs included) computer desk/study area opening out onto the private patio. Kitchen/diner: large farmhouse style with range cooker fridge/freezer dishwasher microwave and coffee maker leading out to the private patio. Utility: separate with washing machine and drying area. Outside: large gardens with private sheltered patio seating and gas BBQ. Amenities: Wi-fi available (limited throughout the property). Heating surcharge from October - April 40 per week.
